Slovenia year 2009 stamps – Europa CEPT – Astronomy full set
That is a set I’m very familiar with, as the Europa CEPT issues are always popular, and the 2009 theme was a great one!
The 2009 Europa CEPT theme was Astronomy, and Slovenia issued a lovely set focusing on the field of astronomy in the country, often featuring the Višnja Gora Observatory and related objects.

💰 Approximate Collector Value
Like most modern thematic Europa CEPT issues, the value is modest, but the set is a nice item for collectors interested in Slovenia or the Astronomy theme. These values are for the set in excellent Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition:
| Stamp Item | Approximate Value Range (USD/EUR) | Notes |
| Set of 2 Individual Stamps, MNH | $3.00 – $7.00 / €2.50 – €6.00 | This is the most common way the set is found. |
| First Day Cover (FDC) | $5.00 – $10.00 / €4.50 – €9.00 | A single cover with both stamps cancelled on the issue date. |
Note: The value is largely driven by the original face value and standard collector demand for Europa sets. As a relatively recent issue (2009), there are no significant rarities or price variations expected for the standard MNH set.
