The stamp design was by Orsat Franković, featuring a photograph of the Primosten vineyards taken by Damir Fabijanić.

Primosten vineyards are notable for their extensive dry stone walls and represent a rare monument of cultural, economic, and aesthetic unity. The vineyards have historical significance dating back to Illyrian times and are recognized for their sustainable agricultural practices. An initiative exists to enter these vineyards into the UNESCO natural and cultural heritage register. The Croatian Post joined this effort by issuing the stamp celebrating this unique landscape.

This souvenir sheet has a size of 112×78 mm, printed with multicolored offset technique by Zrinski d.d., Čakovec, and released in a quantity of 80,000 copies. The vineyards are also internationally recognized as symbols of labor and sustainable development, evident by their display in places like the United Nations building.
