1910s

  • 1913 Independence Issue – Marked 100 years since the Netherlands gained independence from France. Featured allegorical female figures.
  • 1920 Airmail Stamps – Early aviation-themed airmail stamps, including a 75c blue showing an aviator.

1920s

  • 1923 Queen Wilhelmina Definitive Series – Long-running definitive set depicting the reigning Queen in different portrait styles.
  • 1927 Red Cross Semi-Postal – Surcharged stamp funding the Red Cross society, showing a nurse and children.

1930s

  • 1933 Air Voyage to the West Indies – Commemorated the first flight Amsterdam to the Dutch West Indies. Planes over map design.
  • 1937 Royal Household Order Stamps – Special postage dues inscribed “Wapenzegels” for underpaid domestic mail.
