Serbia year 2003 stamps Europa CEPT Poster Art Set MNH
In 2003, the official EUROPA CEPT theme was “Poster Art.” For the region of the former Yugoslavia, these stamps were issued under the newly formed state union of Serbia and Montenegro.
The set is a favorite among collectors because it highlights mid-20th-century graphic design and tourism posters.

Collectors often group these with Serbian stamps because they were issued by the Serbian administration in Bosnia (Pošte Srpske). This set also followed the “Poster Art” theme but used different imagery.
- Subject: These stamps feature Transportation Posters—specifically one showing a Ship (maritime travel) and one showing an Airplane (early aviation/JAT Airways style).
