King Milan IV (also known as Milan Obrenović IV) reigned as the King of Serbia from 1882 to 1889. Before becoming king, he ruled as Prince Milan IV from 1868, following the assassination of his cousin, Prince Mihailo Obrenović III. He was a member of the Obrenović dynasty, which played a significant role in Serbian history.
