Quadrille Paper Issue (1931):
- Unique set printed on paper with a quadrille line background
- Featured a crest with a lion rampant design

Semipostals (1931):
- Finland issued its first semi-postal stamps in 1931 with surtax
- Designs included the coat of arms and flying storks/swans
- Surtax fees were for support of the disabled
