Bosnia Herzegovina stamps year 2012 Fauna – Snakes MNH set

The “Fauna – Snakes” stamp set from Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2012 was issued by one of the country’s postal administrations, Hrvatska pošta Mostar (Croatian Post Mostar), and it consists of four different stamps depicting native snake species:

1. Grass Snake (Natrix natrix)
2. Aesculapian Snake (Zamenis longissimus)
3. Horned Viper (Vipera ammodytes)
4. Common Viper (Vipera berus)

The set was issued on November 1, 2012. Each of the four stamps had a face value of 2.00 BAM (Bosnian Convertible Mark).

Note: Due to the political structure of the country, other postal administrations in Bosnia and Herzegovina (JP BH Pošta in Sarajevo and Pošte Srpske in Banja Luka) may have issued their own separate stamp sets on the same or a similar theme in 2012.
