Belarus year 2007 Europa stamps – 100 Years of Scouting MNH
The official theme for the 2007 EUROPA Stamps was “100 Years of Scouting” (celebrating the centenary of the Boy Scout Movement founded by Robert Baden-Powell).
The Republic of Belarus (Pošta Belarusi) issued a set of two stamps to commemorate this anniversary.

The stamps, issued on May 4, 2007, feature two distinct but related emblems of the Scouting movement.
