🇷🇸 Serbia & Montenegro – Wright Brothers stamps (2003)

In December 2003, the postal authority issued a set of two commemorative postage stamps celebrating 100 years since the Wright brothers’ first successful powered flight on December 17, 1903:

1. 100 Years of Manned Flight – 16 d | 0,25€
   • Shows the Wright Flyer I and portraits of Wilbur and Orville Wright.
   • Face value: 16 dinara / 0,25€.
   • Michel catalog number: 3169; Scott number: 225.
   • Designer: Marina Kalezić.
2. 100 Years of Manned Flight – 28,70 d | 0,50€
   • Another stamp in the same set with aviation imagery related to the Wright brothers’ achievement.
   • Michel catalog number: 3170; Scott number: 226.
   • Also designed by Marina Kalezić.

📦 These were issued together as part of a commemorative set marking the centenary of the first controlled, sustained, powered heavier-than-air flight.
