According to a catalog listing, Serbia issued in 2016 a stamp booklet titled “Famous people Art – Writers – Composer”, with motifs including A. Dvorak among others.
“A. Dvorak” likely refers to Antonín Dvořák, the Czech composer. So at least one composer is included.
